100th Birthday for a Grand Dame

Happy 100th birthday to you Julia Child!  Julia indeed had a wicked wit.  She was both an excellent chef and a great entertainer. Some of my favorite quotes from Julia:

(my all time favorite) “The best way to execute French cooking is to get good and loaded and whack the hell out of a chicken!”

“If you’re afraid of butter, use cream.”
